Election fever hit Drumhillery PS last week as we held our Student Council elections. 🗳️🗳️
Pupils were asked to prepare and deliver speeches to their class on why they would make good councillors. The teachers were amazed at the standard of video and PowerPoint presentations as everyone went all out to secure the necessary votes.💪🏻💪🏻
In the end councillors were elected as follows:
P4 Abigail Powell & Hollie Wilson
P5 Pippa Murphy & Alfie Watt
P6 Eliza Hughes & Joshua Mitchell
P7 Archie Dickson(Vice Chairperson) & Lillie Hawthorne (Chairperson)

It was down to business straight away, with the first meeting taking place yesterday morning, under the guidance of Mrs Geary. We'll keep you posted on any developments!
